At Bay Vet Group, we aim to offer the best possible service to our clients.
If any aspect of our service fails to meet your expectations and you wish to make a complaint we ask that you do so, in writing, to Practice Manager, Bay Vet Group, Hospital Hill, Dawlish, EX7 9NS or you can use the form below.
We will aim to provide a written response within 14 days of receipt.
