Missing cat

Today our lovely but as daft as she is deaf cat Molly decided to take a day out. Normally she is only ever away from home for around a couple of hours at a time. Today she left the house at 0830 and hadn't returned by1430. I called all of the veterinary practices in the area to ask if they had anyone bring her in or contact them about her would they let me know. The young lady at Bay in Teignmouth couldn't have been more helpful or compassionate. When on my last call Molly appeared at the door crying to come in. She wasnt hungry and was dry even though it had been raining for a good hour. I called Bay to let them know she had returned and again spoke with a young lady who was lovely. We are not registered with this practice but in the event we decided to leave our current vet i would definitely consider becoming a client.

As an addendum i would like to ask everyone that if a cat appears at your property you DON'T feed it but just give it a stroke and put it outside where it will undoubtedly find its way home. There are a lot of cats out there that are on special diets for medical reasons or could even be diabetic giving these cats food could cause unnecessary suffering and not to mention expensive vets bills. Thank you again Bay.

Wonderful staff!

Our boy Reggie had to have his eye removed and the care and treatment he was given was amazing which we think also helped him recover so well and all the staff were great! We've since had to say goodbye to Reg but the staff here were so wonderful to us during this time and we cant thank them enough, and afterwards we received a card from them which we thought was so kind x

I must commend in particular Dan the vet on duty at Teignmouth

this morning. Made a great effort before examination of getting to know and put at ease our

highly strung Labradoodle It makes a big difference to both pet and owner as to

how the examination progresses. Took time to explain and to reassure and treat. We were most impressed. Once again many thanks Dan an assert to the practice.
