Thank you meghan for making bellas appointment so easy and for being so caring
And informative about puppy options available. Your way with her was excellent .
We took our 16 year old doggy and seen Dan. He sat on the rug with our dear Tallulah walking around the clinic room for an hour. His car for her was amazing. He made us feel so relaxed and gave us all our options and understood our circumstances.
I couldn’t fault the care that was given to our beautiful family, much loved doggy.
Thank you to all of the staff for being kind , friendly and reassuring during a very anxious visit would like to thank the vet Dan especially for explaining things in a manner I could understand . And taking great care of my boy Loki he really did make me feel at ease especially when he gave me a call soon as he could to inform me he was all okay 🙂

Took our elderly dog to have a lump checked at newton Abbot, I was clear I didn’t want any anaesthetic due to his age but if they could drain the lump that would be great. The male vet did not try to push us into anything, was reassuring, kind and did not rush our dog in order to make him feel comfortable.
All the staff we met were lovely and Snoops was given treats on his visit.

Took my cat in with a suspected urinary blockage. Seen right away and referred for further treatment very quickly. Chris the vet was great- explained everything well and was very reassuring in what was an extremely stressful situation. The rest of the team were equally supportive despite me being there half an hour past closing time. Excellent service all round.
Just been to see Daniel with my elderly female cat and he was absolutely brilliant with her. Very caring and friendly vet who explained things so easy for me and gave us various options for twinkles problems (not your usual throw everything expensive at her and hope for the best vet). Will highly recommend this practice the staff are really friendly and professional. Thank you to all of you and especially to Daniel .
